Greetings From The Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee!

I am Terrance Luckett, the founder and CEO of Markler, LLC. I started the company in the middle of 2006 after a great success in developing a custom product for a top producing Century 21 Office. Today, after thousands of hours of hard work we are embarking on an exciting venture to deliver our systems to real estate office around the world in need of organizing and centralizing.

I decided to start blogging for a couple of reasons. First because it’s the “it” thing to do, obviously. Second, I have a hunch that many people out there in the real estate world are very scared of technology. They don’t understand it and don’t want to have anything to do with it. The reality of the matter is simple: Technology is making existing successful real estate professionals into even more successful real estate moguls. They know the power of technology combined with information gives them an edge over anyone who does not.

Even if someone purchases a product like Markler, does not mean they will be an instant technologically savvy real estate superstar. It takes a great deal of learning and understanding to harness data management and distribution systems. This is what my blogging will focus on, how to use technology to your advantage to become a market leader and a respected authority that others measure their success by.
